We introduced our Bombay Beauty as a special pizza for Fall. For
Indian food lovers, this pizza is made with a curry sauce topped with onions,
scallions, grated carrots, almond slivers and curried chicken. You can order it online at the bottom of our
menu under "Fall Specials." Here is some of the feedback we received from customers.
Wanted to let you know that the Bombay Beauty I ordered yesterday was a
colossal hit! ... I order nearly every week for our research group of 25 and
I'm passing on their request to have it every week. Any chance it could become
a permanent fixture on your menu?
The Bombay Beauty firckin rocked! I actually tried to send you an email the day after but the damn net was mocking me. It's the first pizza that I've ever tried original enough and good enough to inspire me to even attempt to send feedback. I applaud the innovation and effort it must have taken to combine the ingredients into such a sweet pie. Leave it on the menu, I'm sure its popularity will grow.

Your Bombay pizza is phenomenal. I love Indian food and recently tried a tandoori-inspired pizza at another Boston pizza place. The Bombay Beauty is SO MUCH better. I got mine on whole wheat and was delighted by the texture and flavors. I would love to see it on the menu permanently, although it makes for tough decision-making when you only need to order one pie!
Yes, I have in fact ordered your Bombay Beauty and thought it was a great addition to your already-great menu of gourmet pizzas. I too hope it becomes a permanent fixture. When I can't make up my mind whether I want Indian food or pizza for dinner, it's the perfect compromise.
In reply to your email about...Bombay Beauty, I just wanted to let you know that I think it's fantastic! My roommates and I have ordered it several times already and loved it every time. I'd certainly vote for it staying on your regular menu all year long as it's not always possible to get an indian food fix some latenights! It's fantastic, as are all your menu items.
